Most of the women who find this ministry have spent years asking what is wrong with them, and never once asking what happened to them. Those are different questions with different answers. This assessment is not a personality test. It is a mirror held up to the pattern your life has been running on, so you can finally see it instead of just living inside it.
I built it out of my own pattern first. I have carried every one of these four faces at different points in my own life, and I did not get free of any of them by being told to try harder. I got free by finally having a name for what I was carrying.
The Four Patterns
You do not need eight questions to know it. You will feel the recognition before you finish reading.
The Guilty Giver
She pours into everyone and calls the emptying love, then feels guilty the moment she wants something back.
The Depleted Survivor
She has survived so much that surviving is the only setting she has left. Rest feels dangerous.
The Striving Achiever
She performs and produces because stillness has always felt like the start of a question she is not ready to answer.
The Lost Wanderer
She has lost the thread of who she is underneath every role she has carried.

Quiet authority is not the absence of a wound. It is what grows in a woman once she stops managing the wound alone and lets God name it instead. That is the whole aim of the eight questions ahead of you, naming, not diagnosing.
