Sanctuary Grace Ministry
"The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,"
Luke 4:18, KJVSanctuary Grace was not built to grow an audience. It was built for one purpose named plainly in that verse: for the brokenhearted, the bound, the ones nobody sees straining under the weight of holding everything together.
If you are a woman who has given until there was nothing left, who has carried a family, a ministry, a job, a church life of checking the boxes, having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof, from such turn away, and quietly wondered if God even sees the exhaustion, this was built for you specifically. Not for everyone. For you.
The signs were there long before I understood them. God has never needed the qualified. He called Jeremiah as a child, David as the youngest, Gideon as the least, and He left Mary an orphan before He ever spoke to her. My first miracle came at thirteen. I was baptized at sixteen. None of it made sense to me yet.
Salvation found me at thirty-two. And for thirty-two years after that, I ran anyway. In and out of the world, striving, hustling, a prodigal convinced she was living her best life while actually lost in it. Single parenting. Working job after job just to keep a family standing. I thought I was in control. I was only exhausted, and I called it strength.
God in His sovereignty let me run until I had nearly run myself into the ground, and in His love He turned me back. November 2024, setting up my classroom for a new school year, I fell from a ladder three feet off the ground. Three feet. I could have jumped that height without thinking twice. My health would not allow surgery, so instead there were six casts, a brace worse than any of them, a scooter, and a year without driving. What was left was silence. Isolation. And in it, for the first time in decades, I actually listened. He had my attention.
None of this was only for me. It was for the weary. The brokenhearted. Everyone poor in spirit, spiritually blind, and quietly aching for a relationship the world was never able to give. I have been the Guilty Giver. The Depleted Survivor. The Lost Wanderer. The Striving Achiever. Every one of them, in one season or another. Sanctuary Grace exists because I know exactly where you are standing. I have stood there myself.
I spent about forty years running from God, and I know the road back. Now I build quiet, Christ-centered places for burned-out Christian women who are tired of performing and ready to be restored. Luke 4:18 is the reason I do this work.
Think of it like packing for a trip. You cannot go to Hawaii without a swimsuit, a place to stay, and shoes that fit. Some things are free at the door. Some things you carry to make the journey. I help you pack. Come as you are.
This is not self-help. There is no hustle here, no seven habits, no program promising you'll finally be enough if you just try harder. Sanctuary Grace points to Christ, not to a brand, and not to me.
The tools inside, the gates, the stillness, the declarations, exist to lead you back to Him. They are the door, not the destination.
